Q. What is involved in a makeover?

A. Usually haircut/styling is the first thing. Then hair coloring is often included. This could be anything from natural color treatments all the way to foil and color highlighting. Makeup is usually included in a makeover. Other things could be hair removal(waxing), manicure, pedicure, facials and/or body treatments. A basic make over includes a haircut/styling, hair color and makeup which would be $115 and up depending on the stylist. Please call for a complimentary consultation.  401 521-5050

A Christiaan Pedicure is Heavenly!

"Christiaan Spa Pedicure"

A Pedicure is one of the most relaxing and beneficial spa services. I begin by soaking your feet in a massaging foot bath with anti-bacterial foaming sea soak for ten minutes. Then I trim and file the nails and apply cuticle softener. Next, your feet are re soaked. Now that the cuticles have softened, I push them back and trim them. A foot file is used to remove any calluses and dry skin followed by sloughing lotion which is massaged in to remove any dry skin that could not be removed by the foot file. I now apply an exfoliating cream containing pumice stone and beach sand to smooth out the area. To end this treatment, I apply a marine masque composed of aloe vera, algae extracts and spearmint oils to completely soothe. Then follow with a foot massage for overall relaxation. Toe nails are cleaned, buffed and polished if desired.

Glamourous Hair Extensions at Christiaan Salon

Our stylists are certified by SO.CAP New England Hair Extensions. SO.CAP hair extensions are 100% european human hair with absolutely no synthetics. They are bonded to the clients own hair with a keratin bond. This means there is no braiding or weaving, and no damage to the client's own hair. The stylist uses a tool to heat the keratin and then attaches each piece of hair by hand. This is a customized service, so the time span of the appointment will vary from client to client.
